"In Essence" is a collection of experiences, ingredients, and culinary creations — a unique symphony of emotions expressed through seven tastings of signature dishes. "From Our Vegetable Gardens to the Table" is our new five-course vegetarian tasting menu, inspired by the vibrant flavors of our garden harvests. It features ingredients sourced from our lagoon gardens: the artichoke fields on the island of Mazzorbetto, and the Orto Giardino of the Church of the Most Holy Redeemer — an ancient site, magnificently restored by Venice Garden Foundation.
